We stayed here for trip, everything was really good and it was in the convenient and perfect location on premises. Location: the hotel was adjacent to many eateries along East Coast Rd. Stopped by Wave Cafe to get some coffee and treats, it's very close to the venue, recommend.

The breakfast is fantastic for every taste and the location is favourable. The hotel rooms are spotless and airy with comfortable bed and a good sized bathroom and tea. And it's 9 miles from Changi airport...

Great pool and fitness room, spacious rooms with nice views on the higher floors, helpful and professional staff, great location (half way between airport and CBD but walking distance from shopping malls and eateries).
Rooms have a strange smell probably from the rather old carpeting and the windows that will not open.

The staffs were friendly and helpful. The front office staff offered to join my 2 double beds, since there was no room with 1 queen bed available. Another staff ordered a taxi for me in the morning and came right after I finished checking out. The room was quiet, no noise coming in from outside. The location is awesome, surrounded with shopping places and restaurants.
The carpet did not feel very clean. I felt like I should wear a slipper in the room.

Free shuttle service from Changi works well.Our room was excellent.Pool is very pleasant
We have stayed at this hotel 3 or 4 times. It is now very expensive to stay there. Small glass of draft beer @ 11 singapore dollars. Bottle of Evian in the room @ 8.50 Sing dollars

We loved visiting the nearby food stalls and shopping mall. The bus service was super convenient, taking us directly to the city center. Rooms were comfy and clean, and breakfast offered a good variety. The pool is nice, even if there isn't much sun!
We had an issue when some of our bags were tampered with, and the staff didn't address our concerns well. Luckily, we didn't lose anything important, but it was unsettling.
